Apple and celeriac soup, saffron creme fraiche (gf,df)
Venison terrine, brioche toast, wild mushrooms, candied pecans, dressed rocket (gf,df)
Roasted cherry tomato ravioli, basil crisp, baked halloumi (v)
Lamb Wellington (served pink), fondant potato, wilted kale, baby root vegetables, redcurrant jus
Parma ham wrapped garlic and rosemary chicken breast, dauphinoise potato, roasted vine tomatoes, Madeira sauce (gf)

Please note, some of these dishes require alterations to make them suitable for the below so we will need to be notified of your allergy/dietary requirement at the time of pre-order.

NB Wine can be pre-ordered for your table, please contact us to arrange. Guests are seated at party tables of 10. Black tie and formal dress are recommended for this special New Year's Eve night.
If you would like to stay the night we have a New Year's Eve Break available from £170 per room based on two people sharing, includes the New Year's Eve Party, Bed & Breakfast and a cream tea on arrival. *The Break is now fully booked but non-resident tables and spaces are available.*
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is required to confirm a package booking. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm attendance at the party. The remaining balance and menu pre-order are then required by the end of November.
