Ham hock croquette, poached quails egg, piccalilli, black pudding, toasted brioche (df)
Basil and mozzarella ravioli, roasted tomato, salsa verde, rocket and Parmesan (v)
Venison Wellington, serrano ham, Dawlish wild mushrooms, fondant potato, wilted cavolo nero
Aromatic poached cod loin, coconut and lime rice, soy bean, sauteed kalette (gf, df)
Sweet potato fondant, sauteed wild mushrooms, sweet pecans, wilted greens, haricot beans (v)
Warm treacle sponge, salted caramel, white chocolate and raspberry ice cream (v)
MGH strawberries and cream: vanilla and strawberry pannacotta, toasted almonds, strawberry gelato (gf)

The remaining balance and menu pre-order (names and choices) will then be due by the end of November 2018. If booking after November then payment in full will be required at the time of booking along with the menu pre-order.
