Christmas Day Lunch - Wednesday 25th December 2019

Leave the cooking and the washing up to us today. Enjoy an arrival drink followed by a delicious four course lunch prepared by our head chef and team and served in our beautifully-decorated Crystal Ballroom, with half a bottle of wine and tea/coffee.

Tomato veloute, celery and vodka creme fraiche (v)

Roasted butternut squash soup, mango and chilli salsa (v, gf, df)

Game terrine, pickled radishes, black pudding, plum and apple chutney, toasted brioche

Thai style crab cakes, tomato salsa, coriander yoghurt and watercress (df)

Herb crusted goats cheese, beetroot jelly, pickled Dawlish wild mushrooms, candied walnuts (v, gf)

Slow roasted turkey breast, rosemary and chestnut stuffing, kilted sausages, roast potatoes, cranberry and sloe gin puree (gf, df)

Slow roasted beef ribeye, tarragon infused dauphinoise, roasted vine tomato, wilted greens, red wine jus (gf)

Pan seared sea bass, king scallop, mussels, teriyaki risotto, roasted cauliflower (gf, df)

Sweet potato and halloumi wellington, fondant potato, sundried tomato and rocket garnish (gf)

Served with a selection of seasonal vegetables
