Christmas Day Lunch - Tuesday 25th December 2018

Leave the cooking and the washing up to us today. Enjoy a glass of fizz on arrival followed by a delicious four course lunch prepared by our head chef and served in our beautifully-decorated Crystal Ballroom, half a bottle of wine and tea/coffee.

Christmas Day menu 

Spiced butternut veloute, chilli and ginger creme fraiche (v)

Broccoli and Devon Blue soup, pancetta crumb (gf)

Venison and wild boar terrine, piccalilli, brioche toast, pancetta, plum and apple chutney (gf,df)

Crab tian, marinated blood orange, lemon gel, apple, watercress (gf,df)

Goats cheese and beetroot parfait, granola, balsamic rocket salad (v,gf)


Slow roasted turkey breast, rosemary and chestnut stuffing, kilted sausages, roast potatoes, Tarquin's Gin cranberry sauce (df,gf)

Roasted West Country beef rib-eye, baby carrots and turnips, wilted greens, boulangere potato (df,gf)

Pan-fried turbot, sautéed new potatoes, kale, mussels and chorizo white wine sauce (df,gf)

Halloumi and sweet potato tart tatin, buttered savoy cabbage (v,gf)

Served with a selection of seasonal vegetables 

Warm Christmas pudding, redcurrants, clotted cream, brandy snap (gf/df)
