Roasted sweet potato soup, with orange and mint salsa (v/gf)

Venison terrine, pickled beetroot, brioche toast, candied walnuts, dressed rocket  (gf)

Prawn and crayfish tian, apple, pickled fennel, lemon curd (gf)

Goat’s cheese and chestnut terrine, apricot puree, sweet oat and balsamic rocket salad 

Slow roasted turkey breast, cranberry and chestnut stuffing, kilted sausages, roast potatoes 

Roasted West Country beef rib-eye, fondant potato, baby carrots and turnips, buttered kale (gf)
